Property code: OC-PRMBRH

Welcome to this tranquil countryside complex, where three delightful cottages await to provide the perfect retreat for couples, groups, or large families seeking relaxation amidst nature's beauty. Each cottage features its own exclusive hot tub, ensuring guests can unwind in style after a day exploring the coast and countryside of Norfolk.

At the heart of two of these properties, you'll find an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with traditional brick and flint walls and rustic wooden beamed ceilings. The first cottage boasts a generously sized open-plan country-view kitchen/diner spanning the entire first floor, accessible via a spiral staircase or an exterior set of stairs. Relax on the corner sofas arranged around the TV and DVD, or enjoy additional comfort in the cosy snug, complete with patio doors leading to the garden. The modern fitted kitchens allow guests to prepare delicious meals and dine together at the family table. There is a wood burner for chilly evenings, and a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a twin bedroom, and a shower room. The second cottage also boasts a wood burner and offers two spacious bedrooms — a king-size room with patio doors opening onto the garden and a twin bedroom — along with a family bathroom. The third cottage offers two bedrooms downstairs, both with patio doors — one king-size with an en-suite shower room, and a spacious twin. A gleaming bathroom with a shower over the bath completes the interior. Step outside to discover private outdoor gardens and courtyards, offering serene spaces for a soak in the hot tubs and al fresco dining.

Nearby, you’ll find a range of amenities, including a shop, pub, fish and chip shop, and fishing lake, all within half a mile. Explore the nearby coastal delights of Cromer (4 miles) and Sheringham (7 miles), boasting sandy beaches, scenic coastal walks, and mouthwatering seafood. Further along the coast, discover treasures like the stunning beach at Mundesley (7 miles) and the fascinating grey seal colony at Blakeney Point (17 miles). History buffs will delight in exploring nearby National Trust properties such as Felbrigg Hall (2 miles) and Blickling Hall (7 miles), as well as the charming Georgian town of Holt (11 miles).

  • 3 king-size, 3 twin
  • 3 bathrooms with shower over bath and WC, 1 en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and WC
  • Electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine
  • Tumble dryer in garage shared between 3 cottages
  • Welcome pack
  • dog treats provided and a rewilding field on site to walk the dogs
  • Travel cot and highchair available on request
  • Smart TV, DVD
  • Fully enclosed garden with lawned area, and patio with table, chairs and BBQ
  • Private parking for 6 cars, EV charging points nearby Felbrigg Hall or in nearby Cromer
  • 3 Hot tubs: Exclusive 5-seater hot tub with 24 hydrotherapy jets and LED lighting (£55 per hot tub). Please request it on the booking form by ticking the relevant box (you will come to the booking form after clicking “Book My holiday” or “Book Now"). The £55 cost of the hot tub is not included in the price you see on the booking calendar on this page. The £55 is per booking and sadly can’t be reduced for shorter stays as most of the energy cost arises from initially having to heat up the water. Although the owners do their best, they cannot always guarantee the water will be fully heated up to 38 degrees for the first night of a booking.
  • Shop and pub 0.5 miles, beach 4 miles
  • Arrival: 16:00 onwards
  • Departure: before 10:00
  • 4 dogs allowed. Additional charges may apply
