This stunning, contemporary barn conversion is perfect for a large group of friends or family plus their furry companion, with large open-plan living spaces, four gorgeous bedrooms (two and a shower room are on the ground floor), and a large, enclosed garden. It’s outside the village of Barnham Broom surrounded by beautiful scenery with lots of local attractions within easy reach.

The property has gorgeous wooden beams and floors, and exposed brickwork alongside contemporary style and rustic furniture. Step inside into the kitchen and dining area, where you’ll want to spend evenings cooking delicious fare and enjoying memorable meals. Relax and chat or watch TV in the stylish lounge with lots of comfy sofa space to kick back on. Two of the king-size bedrooms are on the ground floor as well as the family bathroom, where you can enjoy a long hot soak or a quick shower. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor, another gorgeous king with an en-suite shower room, and a triple room with three single beds, along with a family shower room. Head out through the French doors in the lounge and dining areas and relax on the patio with a cool drink as the kids and canine have fun letting off steam running around the garden.

Head out for walks and bike rides on the web of footpaths and cycle routes close by. Visit Dereham market (10 miles), the town is also home to a number of pubs, shops and restaurants, and the Mid Norfolk Railway, which runs between Dereham and Wymondham (5 miles). Spend a day exploring Norwich’s arts scene, go to the theatre, and visit the aviation museum, and Norman castle (11 miles). Wander around the beautiful restored Victorian Plantation Garden, ‘Norwich’s Secret Garden’, just outside the city centre (10 miles).

A delightful and very comfortable property with plenty of space to relax and entertain, with great cooking facilities, a huge fridge and comfy beds. In the heat of the country, but within easy reach of Norwich. We really enjoyed hosting our family weekend and would come back again.

(August 2023) We stayed for 4 nights in this wonderfully spacious converted barn, which made a fab base for exploring this part of Norfolk. Our family of 9 was very comfortable here. The barn is beautiful and the children absolutely loved it.

We stayed here for one night only, but had the absolute best time. The barn was beautiful, clean, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. We couldn`t have had a better stay. We wish we were staying for longer but we will most definitely be back. Emma was also brilliant, so lovely, helpful and a laugh. Would wholeheartedly recommend this place to aRead morenyone staying in Norfolk and we will surely be returning with friends and family. Also wonderfully dog friendly.Chester the Yorkshire terrier had a fabulous time exploring the house and running around the gardens. We felt safe and relaxed knowing the area was fully enclosed. Hide

Fantastic property. Thank you for looking after us Emma, you were so helpful. The facilities were amazing and so comfortable. Beautiful flowers on table on arrival and bread and milk. Perfect enclosed garden for our little dog Oscar and having Wagdale next door was brilliant. We will definitely return. Thanks again.
