Dip in the sea on summer mornings or stroll along Peddars Way on autumn afternoons when you stay at this apartment in Mundesley. Sleeping four guests, the appealing, single-storey, two-bedroom retreat is just 100 metres from the sandy beach and the seaside trail that follows the route of both the Peddars Way and the Norfolk Coast Path. Set on the ground floor of the coastal building, the apartment opens on to a wrap-around patio, where you can bask in the sunshine and fire up the BBQ.

Return from your days out to kick off your sandals or unlace your walking boots then head through to the gorgeous, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner for a little rest and relaxation. Open the patio doors in here on warm days or find a film to enjoy on the TV on cosy winter evenings. Make your way over to the kitchen to brew a fresh cup of tea to enjoy at the breakfast bar. Take turns at whipping up delicious meals with the fresh produce you have bought in the village, then set the table and call everyone to gather round. There is also a handy utility room. When you are ready to turn in for the night, wander through to either the king-size bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom, or the twin. There is also a family shower room at the apartment. Have breakfast on the patio on sunny mornings and relax out here with a glass of wine on balmy evenings.

Plan trips into Cromer, 7.5 miles away, to go to the beach there too or to stroll along the pier, with its famous theatre, or potter in the shops. Have an afternoon out to the National Trust’s Felbrigg Hall, 9 miles away, where you can visit the mansion house and amble through the parkland.

Lovely place. Extremely clean. Decor really smart. Spacious, open plan and warm. Beds very comfortable which is rare. The location near the beach is ideal for dog walking. I think we will be back. James

Fantastic Christmas break had here. Lots of memories to treasure with the extended family. The apartment had plenty of space and places for us to sit eat and chat. really was an ideal home from home. We would like to come back when the weather is warmer to experience more of Norfolk/beaches.

what a wonderful property, its in a great location for walks, day trips out and The Ship was a great pub for lunch or an evening meal. The property was very cosy in the evenings and had lots of space for us all. Thanks for a great stay!!

Beautiful home, and very spacious. really cant fault the property as had everything we needed. The location to the town was fantastic and so close to the beach for walks. The other towns such as overstrand and cromer also make for a good day out.

Very clean well equipped and spacious ground floor flat. Off road parking and easy access to beach. We liked the private patio area which would have been good for drying clothes if the weather had been better. A delightful and spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. It was very clean and tidy and we loved the welcome pack! Helpful host. Very short walk to the beach and lots of nearby places to visit. Would highly recommend.
