The deceptively large one-storey property stands alone within the grounds of the owner’s property. Its large rooms bathe in natural light throughout the day, with colourful and contemporary soft furnishings adorning hard and carpeted flooring. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is made for curling up in front of a film after a romantic meal prepared and served only a few pawprints away. The king-size bedroom awaits at the end of a long and tiring day, and a trip to the wet room is the ideal way to start the morning. Patio doors in the lounge lead out onto the patio in the rear garden, a wonderful place to catch the sun, enjoy alfresco suppers or make new four-legged friends.

Frettenham is a quiet rural village surrounded by scenic footpaths and trails and lies just 6 miles from Wroxham, the capital of The Broads. Watch the world go by from the comfort of the riverside pubs of Coltishall (2 miles) or head to the historic streets of Norwich (7 miles) for a range of dog- and couple-friendly attractions. Dogs are also welcome on the vast shores of Sea Palling and Eccles Beach (15.5 miles), two magical places for a coastal stroll.

This property is in a very quiet peaceful position and enjoyed our week very much. The cottage has everything you need for a break away.

Excellent. Really enjoyed our week. Lovely location in relation to neighbours. Its off the beaten track but well worth it if you like the peace and quiet. The owner was very nice and welcoming and also very helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The cottage was in excellent order, and the grounds along with the sanctuaries horse's a welcome site.....We could live there.

Lovely property in a really peaceful location, well equipped and clean. Facilities on website need updating to include hairdryer, iron & ironing board.

Excellent accommodation. Lovely friendly owner. Everything that we needed was available. Beautiful off-road location that was peaceful and surrounded by wildlife. Lots to do within 30 mins drive. Would love to come back again.
