A delightful cottage-style house is perfectly placed to explore the delights of the traditional seaside town of Cromer and scenic North Norfolk Coast. Sleeping four guests, the pretty property offers a welcome for two pets, and is set in a quiet, leafy location less than a mile from beaches, shops, restaurants and pubs. Ideal for a small family or couples, this is also a great spot for golfers, with Cromer Golf Club just over 200 metres away.
The front door of this terraced town cottage opens into the light and airy living room. Furnishings are a charming mix of stylish contemporary and vintage items in subtle marine shades, creating a lovely, homely vibe. There is comfortable seating and a drop-leaf dining table, with light flooding in from rear patio doors. Keen cooks will enjoy preparing meals in the neat kitchen. Upstairs are a streamlined family shower room and two inviting bedrooms: a double and a single, with a truckle pull-out bed to create a twin. Outside, a small, suntrap patio by the front door has garden furniture, with a south-facing shared grass area beyond.
Cromer is a traditional bucket-and-spade seaside town, with miles of golden sands beloved by swimmers and surfers, fish and chips shops galore and a splendid Victorian pier. While seasonal restrictions on dogs apply in the summer, your pets can join you for walks along the North Norfolk Coast Path. Meet gentle giants and other rescue animals at the Shire Horse Sanctuary in West Runton (2.5 miles). There is a children’s play area, a Farming Bygones Museum and pets are welcome on a lead. Historic Felbrigg House (3 miles) has beautiful walled gardens and 520 acres of parkland, where dogs are welcome.
