With its idyllic sylvan setting and on-site facilities – including a good-sized gym – this gorgeous wooden cabin is a fantastic spot for a Norfolk holiday with family or friends. You’ll be 4 miles from the historical town of King’s Lynn, which has shops, museums and a long maritime heritage for you to discover. The detached accommodation is within a holiday park which offers ample space and a lake that’s a great spot for a picnic. It has space for six guests over its three comfortable bedrooms.
You’ll access the hut via a brick walkway leading to your private patio, which is ideal for sipping your morning coffee in the fresh air. The open-plan living area is the central hub, with sofas, a Smart TV and a dining area for leisurely meals. In the fully-equipped kitchen, whip up yummy dishes and prep sandwiches for tomorrow’s day out. The bedrooms, all on the same floor, include a flexible super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite, and two additional twin bedrooms, one of which has its own en-suite shower room. A shared grassy lawn surrounds the accommodation – it’s excellent for children and well-behaved dogs to roam in. You’ll also have access to other shared areas such as a coffee shop and a lake.
When it’s time to venture beyond your peaceful premises, why not go on a safari at the Watatunga Wildlife Reserve (3 miles)? Get ready to spot rare deer, waterbuck, antelopes and water buffalo at this site set in 170 acres of woodland, grassland and lakes. Or drive to the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (13.5 miles) to explore coastal marshes and sand dunes. Cultural sites such as Sandringham (10 miles) and the National Trust's Oxburgh Hall (15.5 miles) are also fab options, while at the Norfolk Lavender farm (16 miles) you can discover over 50 varieties of the fragrant purple flower.
