There is a wonderful sandy beach, numerous coastal and countryside walks, a golf course, a tennis court and excellent sailing from Brancaster Staithe. There are three well known pubs The Jolly Sailors, The Ship and The White Horse within the two villages which all serve food or you can buy locally caught fresh seafood. The lovely village of Burnham Market is just a short drive away with its excellent range of shops, restaurants and pubs. The area is abound with numerous opportunities for bird watchers with the RSPB reserve at Titchwell two miles away, which can be reached on foot along the coast path. Boat trips to Scolt Head and sailing are available at Brancaster Staithe.
