The charming seaside town of Sheringham is an excellent location for a holiday in beautiful North Norfolk. The award-winning beach is of flint pebbles when the tide is high, giving way to a large expanse of smooth sand as the tide recedes. Cliffs rise on either side of the town, which has a backdrop of wooded hills, including those in the wonderful Sheringham Park. Sheringham is also home to The North Norfolk Steam Railway, Splash Leisure Centre, a golf course and an excellent selection of shops, tea-rooms, pubs and restaurants.

Rivendell is quietly situated just ten minutes walk from the centre of the town and the beach - an excellent base for a coastal holiday.  It is a pleasantly furnished, detached property and is all on one level, making it suitable for the less able. Shop: 0.25 miles Pub: 0.25 miles

A real home from home. Sheringham is a traditional town although not old fashioned. Surrounding countryside is wonderful, all villages and beaches well worth a visit.
