Docking is a well located North Norfolk village surrounded by unspoilt countryside, providing easy access to the area's country and coastal attractions. It is four miles from the splendid sandy beach at Brancaster with the traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton seven miles away. The beaches at Heacham, Holme, Holkham and Wells harbour are all nearby and there are also many bird reserves in the area. The village has a large general store, a pub, a fish and chip shop and a cafe. There is also a large playing field with a tennis court. .

This cosy cottage is quietly situated on the edge of the village. It retains many original features and is pleasantly and simply furnished throughout, providing a warm and welcoming base from which to explore the area.  Shop: 0.5 miles Pub: 0.75 miles

Great pubs and restaurants around Docking area. Hunstanton good for children. Holt Country Park good for walking and Wells, Holt Fakenham all good places to visit
