The village of Chedgrave lies in the Chet Valley in South Norfolk and provides a good base for those wishing to visit both the Norfolk and Suffolk coast and Broadland. The adjoining village of Loddon has a good selection of shops and pubs, with further facilities available in the fine city of Norwich, which is just ten miles away. The River Chet runs through the village, with boat hire available nearby, alternatively you may enjoy the River Chet Walk, which is a pleasant walk from Loddon, running through the village to the end of the river at Hardley Cross. There are a number of nature reserves locally with many other attractions well worth a visit. Fishing is available 100yds away at the Watermill Staithe.

Willow Barn was built over 200 years ago after previously being the local blacksmiths and now provides very attractive quality accommodation, with beamed ceilings and wood floors. It is set next to the owner's home in a peaceful, large landscaped gardens leading down to river.
