The village of Guist offers visitors the chance to enjoy a countryside holiday within easy reach of the splendid North Norfolk Coast. The popular town of Wells-next-the-Sea is just fourteen miles away and has a lovely sandy beach, backed by pine woods. There are many places to visit in the area as well as excellent walks along quiet lanes and footpaths. Guist has a post office and shop with a pub/Thai restaurant on the outskirts of the village with two further pub/restaurants within two miles. Further amenities are available in Fakenham, which is five miles away.

The Barn is a detached property, converted a few years ago, and provides comfortable accommodation with some character features. It overlooks fields and woodland and is just a pleasant, short walk away from the River Wensum.Shop: 500 yds Pub: 1 mile
