Watts Cottage was built over 150 years ago and is a characterful property containing many original features whilst retaining modern facilities. Upton is a small village on the River Bure within The Broads. It is an ideal location for nature lovers, being the home of Upton Broads and Marshes, and located on the edge of the wildlife trust where there are lovely waterside walks and fishing. Boat hire is available at nearby South Walsham, as well as at Wroxham and Potter Heigham. The village is ten miles between historic Norwich and the bustling seaside resort of Great Yarmouth, which offers a lovely sandy beach as well as a traditional seaside atmosphere. There are many other opportunities for days out close by, offering something for all ages. The village has a pub with further facilities available in Acle, two miles away.
