The coastal village of Stiffkey is set in An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has one of the richest saltmarshes for wildlife in the country, providing excellent opportunities for both ornithology and walking. The sandy beaches at Holkham and Wells are just four miles along the coast and sailing is available at nearby Morston and Blakeney. Stiffkey has a shop and a pub which serves food, with further amenities available in the lovely Georgian town of Holt, which is seven miles away.

Nellie's Cottage is situated at the end of the same row as Bella's Cottage (property 527). When travelling along the coast road it is easy to spot Nellie's Cottage due to the topiary elephants in the garden, which are sure to raise a smile! The cottage is built of brick and flint and has traditional, character features. Shop: 800 yds Pub: 400 yds

Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher (dishwasher will be replaced with a washing machine for 2011) and microwave

Bedroom 1 with a double bed
Bedroom 2 with a double bed (accessible from one side only)
Shower Room with shower, washbasin and wc

Garden: Front lawned garden and shared patio area with garden furniture.
Parking: For one car.
Heating: Electric central heating.
Also Provided: Towels, books, games and CDs.
Pets: One well-behaved pet welcome.
Notes: Nellie's may not be suitable for anyone of above average height, due to low door thresholds and ceilings.
