Sedgeford is wonderfully situated to discover the many delights of North West Norfolk. It is perfect for exploring the picturesque little villages that line the coast, and the lovely sandy beaches at Brancaster and Holme-next-the-Sea are only around five miles away. The village is well placed for ornithologists being halfway between the excellent reserves at Titchwell and Snettisham. For those looking for a more lively pace of life, Hunstanton is also only five miles away and there are many other attractions close by which are well worth a visit.

Cobble Cottage was once a pair of cottages, parts of which are thought to date back to the late 1700s. It provides character accommodation with original and unusual features such as two staircases, and has a large woodburner separating the sitting and dining rooms.
