The Bakehouse is set in three acres of private, peaceful grounds behind the owner's Georgian country house between Lingwood and South Burlingham. The property has been renovated and furnished to a high standard, and is presented with style and attention to detail. There is also a garden area backing onto orchard and lawns. Garden: Garden area with patio and garden furniture, which leads onto the owner's large orchard.
Parking: For three cars.
Heating: Electric panel heaters included May-Sept and £30 pw Oct-Apr, payable on booking.
Also Provided: Towels. Books and games. 
Notes: Outdoor Swimming Pool - available between July 1st and August 31st in the morning up to 12 noon. Request for use in evening can be made to owners. Conditions apply which will be sent with final information. If you accept the use of swimming pool it is implied that you accept the conditions for its use. Tree house in the garden is available for children, but must be supervised at all times when using. Sofabed - two additional people can be accommodated in the sitting room please confirm use at time of booking.

Please note the swimming pool will not be available for bookings for 2012.

Lingwood is a quiet country village set in the heart of Norfolk's Broadland, providing easy access to the miles of waterways which make up one of England's finest National Parks. The nature reserves at Surlingham and Strumpshaw are close by and have waterside trails - a delight for walkers and nature lovers. Lingwood is also only eight miles from the fine city of Norwich, which as well as being steeped in history has a good array of shops, pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities. Also within a short drive is the sandy beach at the coastal village of Winterton-on-Sea.
