The village of Hickling is on the edge of Hickling Broad, which is the largest of the Norfolk Broads and is popular for boating and windsurfing. The area is a haven for ornithologists, nature lovers and walkers, with beautiful countryside all around. Cyclists will love the quiet lanes, with a number of places offering cycle hire. Lovely sandy beaches can be found at Waxham and Sea Palling, which is just three miles away, and there is easy access to the whole of Norfolk's rich and diverse coastline. The village has two pubs serving food and further facilities are a short drive away in Stalham. 

The Conifers is an extremely well-renovated cottage, just a few minutes' walk from the centre of the village. It is an attractive and deceptively spacious cottage which provides well-equipped and comfortable accommodation. Shop: 3 miles Pub: 0.5 miles

Garden: Enclosed lawned garden with patio. Small wild meadow and orchard area to the side of cottage.
Parking: For three cars.
Heating: O.F.C.H. Starter pack of fuel for woodburner included.
Also Provided: Towels.
Pets: Up to two well-behaved dogs welcome.
