Pilgrims Forthcoming Specials

Week commencing October 24th - Halloween.

From the Pumpkin Pie served on arrival, through to the Friday night witchburning, including drinks from the Devils Punchbowl, Pumpkin Soup with Newts Eyes and Barbequed Bats - you and the kids will have a great week. Based in the village that has a 12th century ruined Abbey with a bit of the True Cross, ruined shipwrecks on our beach and a huge black ghost dog called Black Shuck. Apart from the pool and excellent facilities at Pilgrims we will host the All Hallows Eve Eve barbeque party and provide you with masks, make up and hats free.

W/c October 31st - Guy Fawkes.

During your excellent Pilgrims week you will be able to look forward to the amazing firework display in the Lighthouse Inn just down the road from your cottage.(see www.lighthouseinn.co.uk). It is one of the largest displays in North Norfolk and you will get FREE entry worth £15 per person.

W/c November 7th - Birders Paradise.

Designed for the inexperienced birdwatcher and their singularly uninterested spouses and friends. We have arranged for one of Norfolks most successful twitchers, Gary White (www.freewebs.com/garybirder) to guide you on two all day trips around the Titchwell & Minsmere RSPB reserves and surrounding areas in Norfolk. The cost for those wishing to attend will be £40.00 per trip or £75.00 for both - transport included. Suitable clothing & boots essential. The ones left behind can simply relax around the pool all day at about 32oC and be pampered by a visiting therapist from the Cloud Nine Beauty Clinic offering a full range of treatments from manicures to pedicures and from waxing to body wraps. Both these activities will have to be booked in advance and full details will be sent through upon booking.

Monday December 21st to Monday December 28th

Christmas week 2010 only to be booked together with other Pilgrims properties : four properties in total.

As well as our usual welcome pack in each cottage our Christmas Hamper included a 20lb turkey and two joints of either beef, lamb or pork. Fresh vegetables, plum pudding, mince pies, brandy butter, fruit basket, cheese board, Christmas cake and Christmas crackers. Plus bottles of brandy, sherry, port, whisky, gin and vodka. Four bottles of red and white wine and champagne. Each cottage will have a decorated Christmas tree and Santa will have a present for each guest. Outside in the grounds the festive mood continues with a lit Christmas tree.

The whole complex booked exclusive to 18 guests for £4000.

Monday December 28th to Monday January 4th

New Year. Our usual welcome pack plus in each cottage one bottle of champagne for each guest, hats, blowers, party poppers, crackers and streamers. Everything for the NYE party!
