Walcott is an excellent location for a seaside holiday, with a sandy beach, excellent for summer days on the sands or long walks in winter - remember to wrap up warmly! It is also within easy reach of the Norfolk Broads. The village has shops and a pub which serves good food, with further facilities available either in Stalham, four miles away, or the traditional market town of North Walsham, which is six miles away.

If you are looking for an idyllic romantic hideaway for two then Seashells is the place where you can get away and enjoy the seclusion of the East Norfolk Coast. Seashells is a modern bungalow set on a cliff-top with spectacular uninterrupted sea views opening onto open countryside with views of Happisburgh lighthouse. The bungalow is comfortably furnished with high quality modern furniture plus home-from-home comfort. The owners go out of their way to ensure their guests enjoy their holiday by providing books, games, etc. There is also a welcome pack of a bottle of wine and chocolates on your arrival.
