There are nature reserves at Titchwell, Holme and Cley, and golf courses at Brancaster, Hunstanton and Fakenham. Good sailing can be enjoyed at Brancaster, Blakeney and Burnham Overy Staithe, with splendid country and coastal walks.

This property is all on one level, and it is only a few minutes walk from the village centre, making it suitable for the less able.
