The small hamlet of Hanworth Green sits on the edge of the Gunton Park estate. A very peaceful and rural setting, Gunton Park is home to one of the few remaining thatched sawmills in the country and is open to the public a few days a year. The fishing lakes at the park cover a 12 acre site and day tickets are available. It is only five miles from the sandy beachs at Cromer and Overstrand. The market town of Aylsham and the National Trust house at Blicking are a couple of miles. The area has an variety of opportunities for days out and the area is surrounded by quiet lanes for walking and cycling.

Holly Cottage is a beautiful Grade II listed, thatched cottage which sits overlooking the small common of Hanworth Green. Over 400 years old, it has been tastefully restored, retaining many of its original features and character. The accommodation is very comfortable, well equipped and ensures you will have a peaceful and relaxing stay. Shop: 1.5 miles Pub: 1.5 miles
