Happisburgh (pronounced Haisbro) is a seaside village on the North East Coast of Norfolk. It is of considerable historic charm with many thatched cottages and a handsome church, whose tower top is now accessible to visitors. There is a prominent red and white striped lighthouse, and the beach is loved by all age groups. There are some lovely coastal and rural walks in the area and many attractions to visit including the Norfolk Broads and the new Royal Horticultural Society garden at East Ruston.

Heather Cottage is an attractively presented, pleasant, modern cottage. It is well maintained and offers a warm welcome at any time of the year. A shortcut beyond the pub, across a field, leads to the steps down to the sandy beach, about five minutes walk from the cottage. Shop: 25 yds Pub: 25 yds

Parking: For two cars - one at rear and one at front of property.
Heating: Electric heating. Starter pack of fuel for open fire included.
