Reepham, home to Norfolk Country Cottages, is a small market town which has been designated a conservation area and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Impressive Georgian properties line the square and the town is unique in once having had three churches in one churchyard, of which two still remain, only yards apart. It is an ideal area for walking and cycling with the Marriotts Way on the outskirts of the town. The beautiful North Norfolk Coast, the renowned Norfolk Broads and the fine city of Norwich are all just a short drive away. There are shops, pubs, which serve food, cafes and a leisure centre in the town, with fishing, golf and horse riding available locally.

Quietly situated in an idyllic rural position one mile from the town centre, this 200-year-old mill faces south and is located directly over the mill stream, offering glorious views of the surrounding countryside, and providing an ideal place to relax and unwind. This is the owner's much loved second home and is a quirky property with rural charm, but lacking in the more standardised, modern finish of many cottages. The individual, rustic nature of the building has been preserved with rough wooden floors, exposed brickwork and beamed ceilings. Shop:1 mile Pub:1 mile

In the summer of 2008, We had a holiday that was really great, In a watermill by a stream, The kind of place of which you dream. We loved the stairs, balcony and floor, Kitchen table and stable door, We loved the garden and the trees, That Tim kept climbing and got dirty knees! The Herons came, as did the hare, But alas, no kingfisher in the air, We will have to come another year, and hope that then he will appear! Thank you for this lovely home, That secretly we would like to own, Its been a week of family fun, and even better the sun has shone.
