Quietly situated in rural North Norfolk is the lovely village of Oxnead where there are only a few houses to interrupt the peaceful landscape. It is perfect for relaxing, with many walks through beautiful countryside and lots of interesting wildlife to look out for. Norwich is ten miles, the splendid North Norfolk coast twelve miles and the Norfolk Broads five miles away.

In a truly excellent position for a get away from it all holiday lies this pleasant detached cottage. It is in an idyllic situation, down a half-mile track away from the road, and on the edge of 400 acres of woods, meadows, river and farmland, to which visitors to the cottage enjoy access. Shop: 1 mile on foot, 2.5 miles by road Pub: 1 mile on foot, 2.5 miles by road

Ground Floor:
Sitting Room pleasantly furnished with comfortable seating, TV, video and woodburner
Dining Room with dining table and chairs
Kitchen/Breakfast Room with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, breakfast bar and stools
Bathroom with bath, over-bath shower and washbasin
Separate w.c.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1 with a king-size bed
Bedroom 2 with twin beds
Bedroom 3 with twin beds

Garden: Large lawned gardens.
Parking: For six cars.
Heating: N.S.H. included May-Sept and £10 per week Oct-Apr, payable on arrival.
Also Provided: Towels, stairgate and wood for woodburner. Telephone for incoming calls only.
Pets: Pets very welcome.
Notes: Short breaks (when available) can either start or finish on a Friday.
