Litcham is a delight to both walkers and nature lovers with Litcham Common, which is a Site of Special Scientific Interest, and both The Peddars Way and The Nar Valley Way close by. The sandy beach at Holkham is twenty miles away and there are many places to visit close by. There is a shop and a public house in the village, with further shopping, dining and leisure facilities available in the towns of Swaffham and Dereham, which are both eight miles away. Fishing is also available in the village.

Highly recommended by previous customers, this early Victorian brick and flint cottage is located on the edge of the village by the water meadows bordering Litcham Common.
