Each cottage has its own essential character, but all have beamed ceilings, attractive interiors and comfortable furniture. You can also enjoy walks from the door, along the owner's private track and water meadow. The cottages provide very pleasant accommodation for a holiday at any time of the year, and a warm welcome is assured.

Holkham, Brancaster and Wells are all within ten miles, with Fakenham just five miles away offering good shopping, pubs, restaurants, ten-pin bowling and a cinema. There is a garage/shop in the village and a pub, which serves meals, two miles away.
