Leath Barn is a beautiful example of a traditional Norfolk barn, which has been sympathetically converted retaining many of the original features. In a peaceful location amidst rolling farmland it offers peace and tranquillity. Bird watching opportunities abound in the area, the staithe in the village is an excellent place to observe many species of both birds and wildlife. Martham Broad Nature Reserve is one of the Broad's largest at over 101 acres and is also a Site of Special Scientific Interest is only a short distance from the property. West Somerton is a small broadland village tucked into a quiet corner of East Norfolk, super for all bird-watching enthusiasts! Families will enjoy days out at the many attractions in the area: try Bewilderwood, great adventure for the children, or a day cruising the Broads. The sandy beaches at Winterton and Horsey are only two miles away, with the bustling seaside resort of Great Yarmouth a little further.
