The Beach House is situated in an enviable position on The Gangway in Cromer, with sea views and direct access to the beach, the sea couldn't be closer. Beautifully renovated throughout, this lovely three storey town house offers accommodation which is very comfortable and modern, extremely tastefully furnished and beautifully decorated, and equipped to a high standard, and includes free standing baths. Butterfly (Bedroom 3) with a single bed and further truckle bed, this can be made into a double bed - please request on booking, En-Suite Shower Room with large shower cubicle, washbasin and wc

Garden: There is a small area to the front of the property, with two large bench seats and sea views.
Parking: Roadside parking, public car parking close by, weekly tickets available from the local tourism office.
Heating: G.F.C.H.

Extras: Towels and beach towels are available for hire at £8 per person per week, please request on booking. Buckets and spades for children.
Notes: The stairs in the property are typical of a property of this age and are not standard and slightly narrow, there are dual hand rails for ease of use. A security deposit of £150 payable to Norfolk Country Cottages is required two weeks prior to arrival.Easter booking could be for week 26 March - 2 April or for 11 nights 22 March - 2 April.  No short break for 29 March - 1 April.

Cromer is a traditional seaside resort with a cliff-top setting and wide sandy beaches running down to the sea. It is famous for its fishing boats that still work off the shore and offer freshly caught seafood. The town has a fine pier, a local history museum, a new lifeboat museum, a golf course, multi-screen cinema, amazona zoo, indoor children's playbarn, Kart Track, cycle hire, shops and restaurants as well as seafront entertainment, making it ideal for a family holiday. Cromer church tower is the tallest in Norfolk and the more adventurous might like to climb to the top to enjoy the wonderful views.
