This cottage welcomes cyclists and has the appropriate storage and changing areas to suit those who enjoy cycling.

This holiday home welcomes walkers and as such has storage and adequate changing areas that will suit those with walking equipment (e.g. walking boots).

The Gatehouse is a single storey period gatehouse with later extensions situated at the entrance to Bracon Lodge, a Georgian manor house with 33 acres of woodland, paddocks and formal gardens. The Gatehouse enjoys its own large garden with clipped box, mature shrubs and fruit trees, views across open fields and adjacent woodland walks. Guests enjoy the benefit of the owner's tennis court and fishing in the pond at the Lodge, both by prior arrangement. The village has numerous amenities, which include an excellent children's playground which is within easy walking distance of The Gatehouse. Shops/Pub: all within walking distance.

Bracon Ash and Mulbarton virtually merge at one point and this is where The Gatehouse is situated. A quiet village surrounded by lovely countryside yet just seven miles from the historic city of Norwich. The area is surrounded by attractive market towns, Attleborough and Wymondham being the closest. Both the Norfolk and Suffolk coasts are within easy driving distance and the Broads can be accessed at Beccles. A great area for walking and cycling in an all year round location.
