Rosecroft is a traditional Georgian brick and flint cottage, located in a quiet road just a few minutes walk from the centre of Holt. There is a sunny front garden, an ideal area to enjoy a morning coffee or a relaxing drink at the end of the day, and a dedicated parking space two hundred yards away from the cottage. Shops/Pubs/Restarants: all with in walking distance

Kitchen/Diner with electric hob and oven, fridge with icebox, microwave, dishwasher, table and chairs

Parking: Dedicated off-road space 200 yards from property and further roadside parking by property.
Heating: Combination of night storage heaters, electric heaters and free standing electric heaters.
Also Provided: Towels. Books and games. Starter pack of fuel for open fire and stairgate.
Pets: Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please keep downstairs and off the furniture at all times.
Notes: Guests should be aware that Rosecroft retains many original features including a steep and narrow staircase, which may mean the cottage is unsuitable for anyone with restricted mobility or children of a young age.

The lovely Georgian town of Holt has a charm and character all of its own and boasts a selection of interesting shops, including many antique shops, as well as good restaurants, pubs and tea rooms. On the edge of the town the Green Flag awarded Holt Country Park, has over 100 acres of woodland to discover with many organised events and there is also excellent bird watching in the area. The coastal villages of Blakeney and Cley are just four miles away with the sandy beach at Sheringham a further two miles.
