Notes: The property has steep stairs in keeping with a cottage of this age and may not be suitable for the less able. The property has access rights across the neighbour's garden at the rear.

The pleasant village of Snettisham offers something for everyone, whatever your age and whatever the weather! The beach is within  three miles and, with the traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton five miles away, it is a perfect location for discovering Norfolk's splendid coastline. Ornithologists will enjoy the RSPB reserves close by and there are many excellent walks and cycle rides in the area. There are many attractions offering excellent days out nearby.  The village has a selection of shops and there are also many pubs which serve food.
