The Paddocks

The Paddocks is a single-storey brick built property that stands on its own in the grounds of the owner's livery stables. It offers spacious comfortable accommodation, with views over the surrounding countryside and paddocks. The property is ideally placed to explore the surrounding area: the North Norfolk coast with its beautiful sandy beaches and traditional villages is only a short drive away. Heating: Night storage heaters.
Also Provided: Towels. Books and games. Z bed and sofa bed available, linen supplied, please discuss on booking. Special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries can be catered for - please arrange directly with owner. Fresh eggs available from the owner or hens in the garden to collect your own is an option.
Pets: Two well-behaved dogs or cats are welcome, to be kept off the furniture.
Notes: The layout of the property may make it more suitable for the less able and a seat for the shower is available on request.

Frettenham is a quiet, rural village situated just on the edge of the Broads. It is a great base for exploring the many attractions of the area. Wroxham, the heart of the broads is just a short distance away and from here you can hire a day boat and explore the inlets and rivers unaccessible on foot. Bewilderwood is a super, fun attraction nearby for children. The coast at Sea Palling and Eccles Beach offers wide, sandy beaches and is within about twenty miles. Take the train from Wroxham and enjoy the diverse shopping, historic and cultural attractions in the fine city of Norwich. Coltishall, which is just two miles away, is a perfect place to observe the boating whilst enjoying a meal or drink at the riverside restaurants and pubs.
