Brancaster and neighbouring Brancaster Staithe are lovely coastal villages, which have much to offer, making them ideal holiday locations at any time of the year. There is a wonderful sandy beach, numerous coastal and countryside walks, a golf course, a tennis court and excellent sailing from Brancaster Staithe. The lovely village of Burnham Market is just a short drive away with its excellent range of shops, restaurants and pubs. The area abounds with numerous opportunities for bird watchers with the RSPB reserve at Titchwell two miles away, which can be reached on foot along the coast path. Boat trips to Scolt Head and sailing are available at Brancaster Staithe. Within the village there is a shop and two pubs which serve food. 
           
Tides is a newly refurbished mid terrace property set in a quiet residential area of the very popular village of Brancaster Staithe. The accommodation is attractively furnished and offers very comfortable accommodation. The Harbour is only a few minutes walk away and it is a hive of activity at any time of the year with boat trips, the mussel boats and the sailing. Mussels are a local delicacy and can be purchased fresh every day in the village. Pub: within walking distance Shop: there is a small shop attached to the fish shop in the village with further facilities in Burnham Deepdale a mile away

Parking: Off road parking is available for two cars to the front of the property, access is shared with neighbouring property.

Extras: Towels may be hired for £5 per person per week, payable on booking.
Notes:A housekeeping/damage deposit of £60 is payable to the owner two weeks before the start of the holiday.
