Wroxham and Hoveton are at the very heart of Broadland, and are excellent locations for fishing, sailing and bird watching. The River Bure divides the two villages, commonly called Wroxham. It is home to the Bure Valley Railway, Wroxham Barns and Roys, 'the biggest village store in the world'. Both day boat hire and sailing tuition are available locally. It is also just eight miles from Norwich, with the sandy beaches of the East Coast within a twenty minute drive.

Sunrest is a single storey property in a quiet position in Hoveton, within a short walk of all the village amenities. There is a spacious garden with moorings for a small day boat or dinghy, access to the broads is via a private dyke. Sunrest has recently been renovated and offers comfortable accommodation; it is an ideal property for a relaxing holiday, particularly for sailing and fishing enthusiasts   Shop: 0.25 miles Pub: 0.25 miles
