It is surrounded by rolling coutryside and the seaside resort of Hunstanton is just minutes away. A little further afield you will find the wide sandy beaches of Brancaster and Holme. The village is well placed for ornithologists with the excellent reserves at Titchwell and Snettisham. The Peddars Way trail offers excellent off-road cycling and walking opportunities and the historic port of King's Lynn is just ten miles away.

Grooms Cottage is a traditional Norfolk carrstone cottage situated in a quiet position within the estate of Ingoldisthorpe Hall. Overlooking rural parkland on the edge of the village it has recently been refurbished to a high standard, offering comfortable and attractive accommodation.
