Rockland St Mary is a small village with its own Broad on the River Yare, which nestles to the south east of the Norfolk Broads National Park. National Cycle Route 5 can be accessed within the village and this will take the more energetic to Norwich in the west or Beccles to the south. Either way you would cycle through some delightful Broadland villages and have ample opportunity to sample the local beers. The Heritage Coast of Suffolk is within easy driving distance with the coastal resorts of Great Yarmouth or Lowestoft closer to hand. There are abundant attractions in the area as well as marvellous bird-watching opportunities.

Easthome Farmhouse is a detached farmhouse in the centre of this pretty Broadland village. The property offers spacious family accommodation and enjoys views across fields to the rear and benefits from large gardens to the front and rear of the property. The very pretty village of Loddon is just a few miles away, where you can hire a day boat to explore the Broads. The riverside village of Reedham offers you the opportunity to travel on one of the few unique chain ferries left in this country allowing you quick and easy access to the coastal resorts of Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft.
