1 Thatched Cottage is an enchanting 16th century part-thatched, listed property set in the peaceful village of Edingthorpe. The cottage has been lovingly restored to a high standard with many of the original features retained; there is a wealth of beams throughout the property and an inglenook fireplace with a wood burner to cuddle around on those chilly evenings. Heating: Combination of NSH and panel heaters, there are also two woodburners, heating charge of £30 per week Oct-Apr, payable on booking.

Extras: Towels may be hired at £5 per person per week, payable on booking.

Notes: The property has two steep, winding, narrow staircases in keeping with a property of its age and may therefore be unsuitable for the less able. There is no access between the bedrooms. The access to the main bathroom may make this property more suitable for family use. A £100 security deposit is required payable to the homeowner when the balance of your holiday is paid. There is a right of way at the front of the property.
