Edingthorpe is situated in North East Norfolk, just two and four miles respectively from the sandy beaches of Bacton and Mundesley, and is the perfect place for those wishing to explore the renowned North Norfolk coast as well as the waterways of the Norfolk Broads. 1 Thatched Cottage is an enchanting 16th century part-thatched, listed property set in the peaceful village of Edingthorpe. The cottage has been lovingly restored to a high standard with many of the original features retained; there is a wealth of beams throughout the property and an inglenook fireplace with a wood burner to cuddle around on those chilly evenings. The owner has given a lot of thought to the comfort of the guests, making it an ideal property in which to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Shop: 2 miles Pub: 2 miles

Garden: Small front garden with seat, fully enclosed lawned garden, is a few yards from the house, with bench seating.
Parking: For two large cars, further parking is available.
Heating: Combination of NSH and panel heaters, there are also two woodburners, heating charge of £30 per week Oct-Apr, payable on booking.
Also Provided: Picnic basket, tea towels, electric blankets, books, games and many little extras.
Extras: Towels may be hired at £5 per person per week, payable on booking.
Notes: The property has two steep, winding, narrow staircases in keeping with a property of its age and may therefore be unsuitable for the less able. There is no access between the bedrooms. The access to the main bathroom may make this property more suitable for family use. A £100 security deposit is required payable to the homeowner two weeks prior to the start of the holiday. There is a right of way at the front of the property.
