The charming village of South Creake is set in the beautiful North Norfolk countryside within easy reach of the coast and nature reserves, and is a short distance from Burnham Market, with its quality shops and good restaurants. The small River Burn runs through the village alongside the attractive village green and the village pub which serves food. South Creake is a good base for country walks in the area. The beaches and interesting quaysides at Wells, Brancaster, Burnham Overy and Holkham are not far away. Bird watching, riding, golf, tennis, and fishing are all available locally. 
           
Cuckoo Cottage is a delightfully renovated carrstone cottage, stylishly furnished with genuine antique pieces as well as a piano, making it an ideal property for music lovers. The cottage is set in an idyllic and very peaceful rural location, within half a mile of the heart of the charming village of South Creake, as well as being a short drive to fabulous coastal areas such as Holkham and Brancaster. Shop: 4 miles  Pub: 0.5 miles

Sitting Room with comfortable seating and furnished uniquely with a mix of modern and antique furniture, piano, TV, DVD player, CD hi-fi and woodburner
Kitchen/Dining Room with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and table with four chairs
Bathroom with bath, over-bath electric shower and mixer taps, washbasin and w.c.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1 with a double bed
Bedroom 2 with twin beds

Garden: Fully enclosed front and rear lawned gardens, garden furniture and barbecue.
Parking: For two cars.
Heating: O.F.C.H.
Also Provided: Towels. Books and games. Starter pack of fuel.
Pets: One well-behaved dog welcome, to be kept downstairs and off the furniture at all times
Notes:Please note the pillows are feather-filled. For one week during early spring and one week in late summer there may be moving farm machinery close to the cottage.
