Morston is a small coastal village located on the North Norfolk Coast, it has a number of quiet lanes and cottages built from local cobbles. Boating enthusiasts will enjoy its proximity to the coastal waters of the creek and bird watchers and walkers will love the surrounding salt marshes of Morston marsh which are under the care of the National Trust. The Norfolk Wildlife lookout centre at Cley, Blakeney with its small harbour are just minutes away. Enjoy part of the Long Distance Norfolk coastal path at Stiffkey and the purple sea lavender, a blaze of colour in the summer months. The Georgian market town of Holt is a short drive and has marvellous unique shopping opportunities, coffee shops and a variety of restaurants.

Gulls Cottage is an attractive, newly renovated  cottage which has been sympathetically restored to a high specification retaining many of its character features. It offers spacious and attractive accommodation in the delightful coastal village of Morston. The comfortable hide room offers superb views of Morston and Blakeney Point. Superbly situated for bird watching and walking at Morston nature reserve. The gastro delights of the Michelin star Morston Hall, the local pub serving excellent food, and the famous Beans seal trips are all on the doorstep. The fishing town of Wells has a super sandy beach and quaint quay which the children will love to "crab" from. You really are in an excellent position for enjoying this part of the North Norfolk Coast. Gulls Cottage and Gulls Nest are next door to each other and are ideal for the larger group who require two properties. Shop: 1.5 miles Pub: 200 yards

Ground Floor:
Sitting Room attractively furnished with comfortable seating, TV, DVD player, CD hi-fi and woodburner

Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge with icebox, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave
Bathroom with bath, over-bath mixer shower, washbasin and WC
Garden Room an attractive room of the kitchen with comfortable seating and patio door to courtyard garden, great for an overcast day as it is very sheltered.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1 with twin beds and En-Suite Shower Room with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC
Bedroom 2 with a king-size bed
Bedroom 3 with a single bed
Bedroom 4 with a double futon, comfortable seating and French doors which lead onto the small balcony which has fabulous views over the marshes and creek to the sea (the futon is low to the floor and may not be suitable for all ages)

Garden: Large courtyard style garden to the rear of the property, which is private and not overlooked, with paved and shingle area and garden furniture, barbecue.
Parking: For one large car or two small cars. Further roadside parking.
Heating: N.S.H. included May-Sept and £25 p.w. Oct-Apr, payable on booking.
Also Provided: Books and games. Travel cot available please request on booking
Pets: One small well-behaved dog is welcome but please keep out of the bedrooms and off the furniture. Please be aware of your responsibility for damage and cleanliness.(Sorry, no pets for 2011)
Extras: Towels may be hired for £5 per person per week, payable on booking.
Notes: The property has a spiral staircase which may make it unsuitable for young children and people with mobility problems. The following weeks are B band April 16th, 23rd and 30th, May 7th, September 17th and 24th and October 1st and not as advertised in the brochure price breaks.
