The cottage was modern and tastefully designed, beautifully finished and had all mod cons. There were extra touches including a welcome pack (bread, milk, cheese, bottle of wine etc), boxes of tissues, toys for the children, barbecue charcoal etc. which were lovely and most welcome. The garden was also nice to have and was suitable for kicking a ball around and also eating/drinking outside in the evening. The owner was lovely and very helpful when we rang up before the start of the holiday. Beautiful cottage in a lovely location. Would strongly recommend it. Many thanks.

A lovely cottage, very well thought out and we enjoyed sitting in the garden most evenings. Enjoyed the beach walks, Old Hunstanton and Sandringham which was great. Both feel sad to leave, thanks for making our week away so easy and comfortable.

Everything has been thought of to provide a wonderful holiday. We especially liked the extra touches and the fresh flowers. The highlight of the visit was the trip to see the seals which we highly recommend.

Had a very relaxing Christmas week. The cottage is very well equipped and so well furnished it feels like home. The decorated Christmas tree was a lovely thought and a really nice surprise.
