The small village of Morston is set in a very pretty area of the delightful North Norfolk Coast just a short distance from Blakeney.  Superb for boating, walking and bird-watching enthusiasts there is a vast stretch of marshland leading down to the sea. From the National Trust look-out you get marvellous views of the surrounding area. The Georgian market town of Holt is a short drive and has marvellous shopping opportunities. The whole area has some excellent restaurants and pubs - one of the more famous is the Michelin-starred Morston Hall, offering exemplary food and is great for a special occasion. Gulls Cottage and Gulls Nest are next door to each other and are ideal for the larger group who require two properties.

Gulls Nest is an attractive and newly built property on one level in the peaceful, coastal village of Morston. It is well-equipped and attractively furnished with a feature pamment floor entrance hall and superbly situated for bird watching and walking at Morston nature reserve. The gastro delights of the Michelin star Morston Hall, a great pub serving excellent food, and the famous Beans seal trips are all on the doorstep. With the centre of Blakeney just a minute's drive up the road, and Wells and Cley all within minutes of the property, you are in an excellent position for enjoying this part of the North Norfolk Coast. Parking: For one car (this area is shared with Gulls Cottage).
Heating: N.S.H. included May-Sept and £25 p.w. Oct-Apr, payable on booking.
Also Provided: Books and games. Travel cot available please request on booking.
Pets: One small well-behaved dog is welcome but should be kept out of the bedrooms and off the furniture. Please be aware of your responsibility for damage and cleanliness.
Extras: A £50 housekeeping deposit is payable to Norfolk Country Cottages two weeks before the start of your holiday.
Notes: Please note as the garden is not enclosed this property may not be suitable for very young children. The following weeks are B band, April 16th, 23rd and 30th, May 7th, September 17th and 24th and October 1st and not as advertised in the brochure price breaks.
