Hapton is a small village in a peaceful, rural location but centrally located to explore the fine City of Norwich and the pretty market towns of Diss and Wymondham. Situated in the picturesque Tas Valley, the area has an abundance of local attractions, Banham Zoo, Forncett Steam Museum, Taswood Lakes and Redwings Horse Sanctuary to name but a few. The Norfolk and Suffolk coast are an easy drive and, with two national cycle routes in the area and great walking opportunities including open access to farm walks, it is an ideal base for exploring locally and further afield. Freds Barn is set in the grounds of a former mixed Arable and Dairy Farm and adjoins the owner's home, in a peaceful, rural location. It has picturesque views over the surrounding farmland which has open access for walking. The barn is full of character with plenty of beams, Norfolk pamment tiled floors and with a pretty garden, the perfect rural retreat to unwind and enjoy the wildlife. Shop: 3 miles Pub: 1 mile
