Irstead is a small hamlet situated in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. With Barton Broad and nature reserve on its doorstep it makes an ideal base for those who want peace, tranquillity, birdwatching, cycling and walking. Wroxham and Horning with their extended facilities are a short distance away.  Map Ref: B8

Angler Cottage is on the Norfolk Broads. It has its own mooring basin and is close to Barton Broad and the River Ant. Set in a quiet spot on a narrow lane, about one mile from the village of Neatishead, it is comfortably furnished, all on one level and makes an ideal base for everything this part of Norfolk has to offer. Shop: 1 mile  Pub: 1 mile

Notes:  Please request the use of mooring, travel cot and highchair when booking. The water level in the mooring can fluctuate at various times of the year which can sometimes make the basin unnavigable for certain types of boat. Please ask if you have any query and we will obtain the relevant information from the owner.
