Sanderling is in a striking position looking out over the sea above the sandy beaches at Walcott, with farmland beyond the attractive garden. Modest from the outside, inside there is a real sense of space and three sitting areas. The modern comfortable accommodation is mostly on the ground floor, with a staircase from the double height sitting room to "The Crows Nest", an upper room with unrivalled sea views. Access to the beach is via a ramp seven minutes walk away. Shop: 1 mile  Pub: 0.75 miles

First Floor - The Crow's Nest:
A long room in the eaves of the house with an amazing sea view. The room is split by a half height partition giving a Bedroom Area with double bed and En-Suite Washroom with washbasin and wc The Sitting Area beyond takes full advantage of the views and has an L-shaped sofa, TV, telescope and patio doors onto balcony. 

Garden: Fully enclosed rear garden with outside dining area, garden furniture, barbecue and covered sandpit. Open front garden includes bench seat. Storage shed for bikes etc.
Parking: For two cars.
Heating: O.F.C.H.

Pets: Two well-controlled dogs are welcome. Please ensure they are kept off the furniture at all times and not allowed upstairs.

Walcott is an excellent location for a seaside holiday, with a sandy beach, excellent for summer days on the sands or long walks in winter-remember to wrap up warmly! It is also within easy reach of the Broads. The village has a well stocked post office/stores plus a popular fish and chip shop, a seaside cafe and two pubs serving food, with further facilities available either in Stalham, four miles away, or the traditional market town of North Walsham, which is six miles away.
