Great Plumstead is a small rural village just five miles east of the cathedral city of Norwich and is centrally located for enjoying the diverse range of attractions in the area including the Norfolk Broads. Meander by boat through the waterways and enjoy lunch at one of the numerous riverside pubs. The East Coast is just a short distance away with its sandy beaches and the traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth. Norwich with its culture, castle, theatre, cafes and shopping opportunities is not to be missed. The area is excellent for enjoying birdwatching and exploring wildlife at a wide variety of fens including our own adopted charity, Wheatfen.

Windfalls enjoys a very tranquil setting on the outskirts of the village, with views over open countryside to the front and rear. This is an attractive, comfortable house, with a very large garden which is great for letting off steam. An ideal property for families. Shop: 0.5 mile Pub: 0.5 mile

Heating: O.F.C.H. is available all year round on request at £30 per week payable on arrival. (2011- O.F.C.H. is available all year round on request at £25 per week May-Sept and £30 per week Oct-Apr,payable on arrival.)
Also Provided: Stairgate, books, games and children's toys. Telephone for incoming calls only. Towels are available on request for overseas visitors.
Pets: Two dogs are welcome but are to be kept downstairs at all times and any fouling to be removed from garden.
