Northrepps is a picturesque rural village, which is part of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is only one mile from Overstrand, with quiet sandy beaches that are great for both lazy summer days and bracing winter walks. The bustling coastal resort of Cromer is just two and a half miles away and also has a lovely sandy beach as well as a pier, traditional seaside entertainment, a good range of shops, eating places and excellent cliff-top walks. The area offers scenic paths for walks and bike rides and the barn is located close to the North Norfolk Cycle way.

This spacious, tasteful and traditionally furnished end barn conversion is situated in a rural position overlooking the church and is within walking distance of the coast. The Granary retains much of its original character with exposed flint walls, wooden floors and vaulted kitchen and dining areas. In an area of outstanding natural beauty and only one and a half miles to Overstrand beach and less than three miles to the popular seaside town of Cromer, the property is ideally situated for discerning groups of friends and families wishing to explore the beautiful north Norfolk countryside and coast. First Floor:
Bedroom 1 with twin beds
Bedroom 2 with a king-size bed
Bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, washbasin and w.c.
Bedroom 3 with a double bed and opening leading into
Bedroom 4 with bunk beds suitable for children only and a further door to
En-Suite Bathroom with bath, over-bath mixer shower, washbasin and w.c.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 5 with a king-size bed and En-Suite Bathroom with bath, over-bath mixer shower, washbasin and w.c.
Bedroom 6 with twin beds and En-Suite Bathroom with bath, over-bath mixer shower, washbasin and w.c. (please note that this room has sloping eave walls and may not be suitable for people of above average height)

Garden: Fully enclosed side garden with patio and small lawn area and garden furniture.
Parking: Driveway for two to four cars dependent on size.
Heating: O.F.C.H. except for Bedroom 4 which is heated by a free-standing electric fire.
Also Provided: Towels. Stairgates, books, games and CDs.
Notes:The entrance driveway to the property is shared with other properties and you are requested not to park on this. The Granary is situated in a quiet area and therefore is not suitable for late night parties. There is a damages deposit of £200 payable to NCC two weeks before the start of your holiday.

A fantastic sunny week in a wonderful family home – thank you. We would recommend a trip to Blakeney (good for crabbing), the smoke house at Cley, a look around lifeboat house at Cromer on the end of the pier, Wells beach. The Vernon Arms in Southrepps (real country pub, great food and friendly staff) oh a great fish & chips from Mary Janes in Cromer – Eat them over looking the pier…

Wonderful house! Attention to detail- you have thought of everything. We had a great day out at Bewilderwood, the Foundry Arms, was great for good food and service (huge portions) Pinocchio had fun popping up in various locations around the house, he must of turned into a real boy at night!!
