Salhouse is a lovely village with many pretty cottages and a 12th Century church. A short walk from the village will bring you to Salhouse Broad, one of the renowned Norfolk Broads. Within a few miles of the village is Ranworth Broad, The Broads Wildlife centre, Wroxham, the capital of the Broads, with the historic city of Norwich just six miles away.  Boats and bikes can be hired locally to enable you to discover the delights of this area in depth. The village has a shop and two pubs which serve food.
                               
This attractively furnished, single storey property has been recently updated and modernised. It adjoins the owner's own home and has use of their delightful, landscaped secluded garden with rural views. It is situated on the outskirts of this pretty Broads village, in a quiet and peaceful location and is perfect for a holiday at any time of the year. Shop: 0.25 miles  Pub: 0.5 miles

Delightful, light and airy cottage yet within the owners equally attractive property and garden. It lived up to all our expectations. The decor was excellent and clearly well thought out with some more personal touches.

The owners struck a perfect balance between being very welcoming but not intruding. Nicky's provision of tea, coffee, milk and a very tasty lemon cake as well as spring flowers inside and out were especially pleasing and very much appreciated.
