Hunstanton is a popular traditional seaside town, with a long sandy beach backed by distinctive striped cliffs. There are reminders of its Victorian origins including the promenade, the large green and the attractive esplanade gardens. Hunstanton town offers a host of activities for the family including a Sea Life Centre, a fun fair, tennis courts, bowling green and a sports and leisure centre with indoor swimming pool, crazy golf and pitch & putt course. A little further along is quieter Old Hunstanton, which is a picturesque village with mellow carrstone houses, an impressive medieval church and a championship golf course, there is also a new eighteen hole golf course at nearby Heacham Manor. The  nature reserves at Scolt Head, Titchwell and Holme Dunes are just a short distance away. The coastal footpaths in the area are great for walking and bird watching opportunities. The Royal Sandringham Estate is approximately eight miles away,  a wonderful day out with its cycling, walking and picnic opportunites
                                
Rosstyn House is an imposing three storey semi-detached family house enjoying a superb position overlooking Lincoln Square and with wide views to the sea. It offers excellent accommodation for eight people with plenty of room to relax in comfort. The High Street is within easy reach as are the various other amenities the town has to offer. With its wide selection of leisure activities and other attractions, Hunstanton is an ideal location for enjoying a traditional seaside holiday. Garden: The main garden is to the rear and consists of a small grass area and patio with garden furniture. There is a small decorative garden at the front of the property.
Parking: Roadside on Lincoln Square where parking is not normally a problem. There is a strip of land  to the side of the property which is off-road and can be used if required although it is not designated.
Heating: G.F.C.H.
Also Provided: Broadband, CDs, books and games.
Notes: Bedroom 3 is heated by N.S.H.
Extras: Towels may be hired at a cost of £1.50 per person per week, payable on booking.

Rosstyn House is ideally suited for a family holiday. Perfectly situated for an easy walk to the shops/entertainment in Hunstanton. Very comfortable accomodation with internet + sky. Sea views a bonus.
