Northrepps is a picturesque rural village, which is part of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is only one mile from Overstrand, with quiet sands that are great for both lazy summer days and bracing winter walks. The bustling coastal resort of Cromer is just two and a half miles away and also has a lovely sandy beach as well as a pier, traditional seaside entertainment, a good range of shops and eating places and excellent cliff-top walks. The area offers scenic paths for walks and bike rides and the cottage is located close to the North Norfolk Cycleway.             

Compasses Cottage is a delightful property situated near the outskirts of a small Norfolk village which is very close to the coast. The cottage has been recently refurbished and offers comfortable, pleasantly furnished accommodation, which is welcoming at anytime of the year and enhanced by a woodburner and a conservatory. Parking: There is room for one car in the garden to the front of the cottage and it is also possible to park an additional car on the road opposite the property.
Heating: Oil radiators and also a woodburner for which two baskets of fuel are provided.
Also Provided: Towels, books, games and stairgate, also a washing machine in utility shed at rear of property.
Pets: One dog or cat welcome.

Excellent location for dog owners, walks on doorstep. Village pub great food and welcomes dogs. Also Cliff Top cafe at Overstrand.
