 North Wootton is one of the prettiest villages that border the Royal Estate of Sandringham. Adjacent to the historic village of Castle Rising, which is the home of one of the best preserved and most lavishly decorated keeps in England, it is surrounded by twenty acres of earthworks. The beach at Snettisham is also within a few miles, as is the coastal resort of Hunstanton, which is just ten miles away. Little Barn is an attractive, comfortable, spacious single storey barn conversion with exposed oak beams. It is situated in a quiet, semi-rural position but with easy access to all the amenities that this lovely part of Norfolk has to offer. The roads and woodland that surround the Sandringham Estate are excellent for walking and cycling with the village being on a National Cycle Route. Dersingham nature reserve offers ample opportunities for the bird and nature lover.  Being on one level this property is ideal for customers with mobility difficulties.
